Parasailing, or parascending, is a watersport where a person sails through the sky whilst attached to a parachute and towed by a boat. One to three riders can simultaneously experience the buzz of rising up to 1,000 feet
into the air.
Participants do not even need to be able to swim as take offs and landings
usually take place from a platform on the back of the boat, although many
people enjoy cooling off in the water and wear swimming gear accordingly.
