Our ‘Introduction to Rock Climbing’ course is the perfect way to introduce your body to the sport of climbing, in a safe and supported environment. We will provide you with all the technical gear for the day, and guide you every step of the way. We’ll start off with knots & climbing commands, the history and evolvement of climbing, and then onto the practical practising of foot placements & belaying. We will climb a variety of different natural rock faces, just to hone the newly acquired skills. This course is suitable for both children and adults, and includes all gear and equipment, as well as lunch. We also offer other climbing adventures for more experienced climbers.
