What should I know

It helps to wear comfortable clothes and shoes when doing physically demanding activities on land. Loose, uncomfortable clothing is almost never recommended. Sunscreen and your hat is a must in African conditions. Depending on the time of year, the province and the time of day it is always a good idea to have something warm to wear handy. Pack your camera and guts and have Fun!
